Production is located in Ukraine, in the suburb of Kiev. Houses are manufactured using frame technology. The production cycle includes the process of processing wood and forming the frame to the installation of communication systems, windows, doors, walls and ceilings, the connection of security systems. You may receive the complete set of house in 4 weeks after its receipt in production. You can also choose the complete set of your home - from the basic, which includes the structure, walls, ceilings, communication channels and the roof of the house, to the advanced, where to the basic will add windows, doors, external insulation and cladding of the house, security shutters and other systems, in fact, not limited by anything except your preferences.
We use CE certified building materials that are mainly produced in Ukraine by the well-known global companies. Our walls, intermediate floors and roofs consist of:
- С24 contsruction wood for studs and beams (KVH () on request).
- Strong Drywall Titan by Knauf (its local Ukrainian analog for Knauf Diamant)
- OSB by Egger or Kronospan
- Mineral wool by Paroc inside walls
- Passive house certified energy efficient windows with energy efficient glass will be installed. Usually it’s Aluplast windows with glass by Glastroesch
- Exterior insulation Neopor by BASF or mineral wool Paroc
- Baumit reinforcement mortar for protecting Neopor
- We can also install electric shutter system on windows
